Customers are required to pay a security deposit of $150 upon the initiation of our services.
This deposit includes protection for the Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit and other equipment provided by PureRit.
The full deposit amount is 100% refundable upon the conclusion of services, provided the equipment is returned in good condition, without damage or missing parts.
All customers must sign a legal contract outlining the terms of the service, responsibilities, and obligations of both the customer and PureRit.
The contract is legally binding and ensures transparency and accountability.
All equipment provided by PureRit remains the property of the company.
Customers are responsible for the care and upkeep of the equipment during the service period.
Any damage or loss to the equipment may result in deductions from the security deposit.
PureRit will provide regular maintenance and servicing of the water filtration system at no additional cost.
Customers must ensure the equipment is accessible for scheduled maintenance.
Once installed, there is a lock-in period of 3 months within which the services can’t be terminated.
If the user don’t pay the monthly pre-payment in the lock-in period, PureRit can legally deduct the amount from the security deposit on a pro-rata basis.
Either party may terminate the services by providing a 1-month notice or the lock-in period which ever may be higher.
The security deposit will be refunded after inspection of the returned equipment.
PureRit is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the equipment or third-party interference. In case of such damage, penalty amount will be charged from the security deposit.
Customers are advised to follow all usage instructions provided by PureRit technicians.
Once purchased the plan, the plan will be auto renewed after every month till the customer changes the plan or cancels it.
Plan cancellations can only be done by contacting the number/email provided on the website.
PureRit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.
Customers will be notified of any changes within 30 days of the change affect date.
PureRit respects your privacy and will only use your personal information for service-related purposes.
